Laboratories

VSSD College is equipped with well-established laboratories to support practical and experiential learning across various disciplines. All departments with practical components, including Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Defence Studies, and Physical Education, have dedicated and fully functional laboratories catering to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Each laboratory is designed to facilitate hands-on learning, experimentation, and research activities under the guidance of experienced faculty and lab assistants. The college regularly upgrades its equipment and infrastructure to keep pace with evolving academic and technological requirements. For the Department of English, VSSD College has a collaborative tie-up with Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur. Under this arrangement, students of the English department are granted access to the Language Lab at CSJMU, where they benefit from modern tools and resources to enhance their communication and language proficiency skills. These laboratories not only reinforce theoretical learning but also encourage innovation, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry, thereby contributing to the holistic development of the students.
