It gives me immense pride and pleasure to share the remarkable journey and vision of Vikramjit Singh Sanatan Dharma (VSSD) College, a distinguished institution affiliated with Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur.
Founded in 1921 under the visionary leadership of the Sanatan Dharma Mahamandal, VSSD College was the first institution to offer commerce education in North India, originally affiliated to Bombay University. Since then, it has consistently embodied the values of knowledge, service, and excellence, becoming a symbol of academic leadership and innovation in the region.
With two NAAC ‘A’ grades to its credit, national-level recognitions, and an outstanding alumni network that includes stalwarts like Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, the college stands tall as a centre of holistic education. Set on a serene 72-acre green campus on the banks of the Ganga, the college offers a wide array of programs aligned with NEP 2020, backed by modern infrastructure, a rich digital library, and a dynamic teaching community.
