Dear Students,

I welcome you to V.S.S.D. College with warm wishes. As you are a member of this prestigious college and on the last step of academic learning, you are expected to be a sensible student. As a chief proctor, my duty is to maintain discipline in the college, but it will not be achieved without your cooperation.

Other than maintenance of the campus discipline, the Proctorial Board will:

1. Ensure that every student is required to have an identity card in the college premises.
2. Make surprise checks in the campus to ensure that no unauthorized person enters the campus. As such, the students are advised to keep with them the College Fee Receipt and Identity Card, issued by the college.
3. Ensure that no student is engaged in any disruptive activity, vitiates academic environment of the college, defiles/pollutes the campus. In case of involvement in committee of such an unwarranted act, the students may be suspended/expelled from the institution or denied scholarship, asked to pay penalty etc., as the case may be.
4. All the students of the college will follow the instructions given in the prospectus and obey the instructions given by the college authorities.
5. No student of the college shall possess any unauthorized medicine nor will he give it to any other person.
6. Neglect of studies and undesirable conduct and activities inside and outside the class, disobedience of orders, strike, hooliganism or damage to college property and use of unfair means during examinations etc will be treated as act of indiscipline.
