The programme was held at the Prayer Hall of the College. The Chief Guest, Prof. Vinay Kumar Pathak, Vice-Chancellor, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, and the Chief Speaker, Dr. Atul Kothari, National Secretary, Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas, New Delhi, were formally welcomed. The programme was further graced by the distinguished presence of Shri Virendrajit Singh, President, Brahmavart Sanatan Dharma Mahamandal; Shri Aditya Shankar Bajpai, President, Board of Management; Dr. K.K. Gupta; Shri Surendra Kakkar; Shri Yogendra Bhargava; and Principals of various colleges, whose presence added dignity and significance to the Founders’ Day celebration. An audio-visual documentary depicting the developmental journey of the college was presented, highlighting its academic, cultural, and infrastructural growth. CA Neetu Singh, Secretary, Board of Management, delivered the welcome address, reflecting on the institution’s academic legacy and social contribution. On this occasion, the Board of Management honoured retired teachers and non-teaching staff for their dedicated and meritorious service to the institution. The theme of the Barrister Narendrajit Singh memorial lecture was “Higher Education 2030: Indian Values, Global Paradigms.” the keynote address was delivered by Dr. Atul Kothari, who emphasized that higher education must go beyond employability-driven objectives and focus on holistic human development. He stressed that Indian higher education should remain rooted in its cultural and intellectual traditions while engaging meaningfully with global challenges. Addressing the gathering, Prof. Vinay Kumar Pathak highlighted the evolving role of universities in contemporary society. He underlined the importance of academic excellence, innovation, transparency, and critical thinking in strengthening the higher education ecosystem. During the programme, the college formally released its International Research Journal – YATI, along with the college Newsletter “The Reflections” and the College Calendar, marking important academic milestones.The Management Committee felicitated, the former Member of Parliament & former Cabinet Minister, Uttar Pradesh and alumunus Shri Satyadev Pachauri and Prant Pracharak ShriRam Ji seniorretired teacher Dr. R. K. Gupta; and other retired teachers; and non-teaching staff, in recognition of their valuable contributions.
The Principal of the College, Prof. Neeru Tandon, reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to quality, value-based, and socially responsive education. She noted that such academic initiatives strengthen the institution’s engagement with the broader academic community.
The programme was Co-ordinate by Prof. Anand Shukla and Shri Anshu Singh Sengar, Co-Coordinator, and concluded with the National Anthem.
