the program begins with the lamp lighting ceremony, by the honorable dignitaries. It is followed by the introductory Speech of coordinator Mission Shakti Professor Jaya Mishra ma'am where she addresses the dais, and gives a brief overview of Mission Shakti Phase 5.0 Prof Jaya Mishra ma'am addresses how Mission Shakti began in 2020 and has now entered its fifth phase. She highlighted the subschemes of Mission Shakti— Sambal and Samarthya — and emphasized the need to focus not only on women’s physical health but also on their mental and psychological well- being. Then Professor R.K. Pandey from law department addresses the importance of Mission Shakti and, most importantly, shared his insightful quote — “In a healthy body lies a healthy mind". Moving forward our chief guest Dr. Amit Gupta a renowned Neuro-Spine Surgeon takes the podium and lays strong emphasis on precautions and early screening. Below is a list of precautions he mentioned: - Early screening for women and children of all ages. - Recognizing psychological signs of spine problems in working women. - Maintaining healthy weight and avoiding smoking, as it directly reduces bone density. - Ensuring proper posture during daily activities such as household work, lifting weights, smartphone use, and driving. - Addressing declining Vitamin D3 levels in women and children due to low sunlight exposure — one of the leading causes of vertigo. - Promoting timely screening using MRI and DEXA scans, both being the gold standards of diagnosis. Sir concludes his discourse by elaborating on the crucial role of different spinal compartments and highlighted the high vulnerability of the upper and lower spine as the body’s primary load bearers. Drawing from his experience, he noted a concerning rise in spine tuberculosis and reiterated the importance of early screening, especially for women and children. Moving forward Vice Principal, Prof Neeru Tandon addresses the dais and began with the famous quote, “Do have a spine.” She built on this by linking it to women’s employment and empowerment, encouraging the girls in the audience to stand up for themselves. She also shared her personal medical experience, giving a humorous perspective on her of vertebral problems of L5 and S1. She ended her discourse by encouraging the girls of our college to standup for themselves in all sections of our society. The program is concluded by the profound words of Asstt. Prof. Sachin Jaiswal Sir, where he presented a vote of thanks for all the distinguished experts & the persons present over there. Shrimati Manju Lata Dwivedi, Prof Umesh Chandra Yadav, Prof Anand Shukla, Prof A.K. Upadhyay, Prof Indramani, Prof V.S. Gangwar sir. And all the faculty members present in the program.
