Department of Economics has successfully organised a Student Seminar on 27.09.2025 on the topic “Tourism As The New Currency of Economic Development” on the occasion of International Tourism Day.

Dear Colleagues, It’s my pleasure to share that the Student Council of the Department of Economics has successfully organised a Student Seminar on the topic ‘ Tourism As The New Currency of Economic Development’ on the occasion of International Tourism Day, 27.09.25. And I am thrilled to announce that More than 35 students took the initiatives to present their ideas / research papers in the Seminar. At the end of the session three best papers were selected and token of appreciations were given to the students by the department.
